Celtic Cross LAX Training (at Hanley's)

Learn sport specific skills via:

Conditioning (20 minutes)
Strength and lifting (50 minutes)
Skills and drills (30 minutes)

FALL TRAINING SESSIONS:

Elite Training meets 3 times per week.
Either Monday/Wednesday/Friday; or Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday*.
Times: 4:00-5:30 p.m., 5:30-7:00 p.m., or 7:00-8:30 p.m. *Sat. at 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Advance Training meets 2 times per week.
Either Monday/Wednesday or Sunday*; or Tuesday/Thursday or Saturday**.
Times: 8:30-10:00 p.m. *Sun. at 3:00-4:30 p.m. **Sat. at 12:30-2:00 p.m.
Intermediate Training meets once a week, on weekends only.
Either Saturday at 2:00-3:30 p.m.; or Sunday at 2:00-3:30 p.m.
Beginners Training meets meets once a week, on weekends only.
Either Saturday at 3:30-4:30 p.m.; or Sunday at 1:00-2:00 p.m.

COST:

Elite: $225.00/mo.
Advance: $180.00/mo.
Intermediate: $160.00/mo.
Beginners: $160.00/mo.
